Each of our air purifiers is rated for a specific room size (sq ft). For optimal performance, choose a purifier rated for slightly larger than your room. For example, if your room is 400 sq ft, consider a purifier rated for 500+ sq ft. This ensures effective air circulation and faster purification.

Our air purifiers operate at 25-55 dB depending on the speed setting. On the lowest setting (sleep mode), they're quieter than a whisper (25 dB). Even on high, they're comparable to normal conversation levels.

Yes! Our HEPA H13 filters are specifically designed to capture the fine particulate matter (PM2.5) found in wildfire smoke. During wildfire season, we recommend running your purifier on a higher setting and keeping windows closed.

Absolutely! You can switch between 3-month and 6-month delivery at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under "My Subscriptions." There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll still receive any filters you've already paid for.

You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard. This is great if you're traveling or simply haven't used your current filter yet.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $200. For orders under $200, flat-rate shipping is $15 anywhere in Quebec. Subscription orders always ship free.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-5 business days within Quebec. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view your order status anytime from your account dashboard under "Orders."

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your air purifier, return it in its original packaging for a full refund. Filters cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

All air purifiers come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Active subscribers receive an extended lifetime warranty on their purifier for as long as they maintain their subscription.
